A small guide to Sherlock Ships

Hello nerds. First, before I begin our post, I have exciting news.
In America and Canada, on January 19th at 10 pm, Sherlock will finally be returning for 3 more great episodes. I'm so excited.
Anyways, to begin the post. I've been wandering Tumblr and DeviantART, looking at pictures and art, and started to wonder, what pairing do I ship? To help you guys figure out what fine ship you sail on, I'll tell you what they all are.
Johnlock: a pairing that pairs John Watson and Sherlock Holmes. This is by far the most popular pairing and has many supporters. There is a lot of fanfiction and fanart dedicated to it everywhere. (I believe I told you about alone on the water?) However, the stories and art about Johnlock can sometimes get a bit graphic. Lets just say, a bit more than just love stories. If you don't mind that sort of thing, and can see the many hints to this pairing in the show, Johnlock might be your niche!
Mystrade: this is the ship of DI Lestrade and Mycroft Holmes. This pairing is the second of the big three as sherlock pairings go, but it isn't the most popular one. It does have a lot of supporters still. Not that many fanfictions, some cute fanart, definitely not at Johnlock level. If you like little cute romances like this, try Mystrade!
MorMor: this is the last of the big three of Sherlock pairings. It is the second most popular ship in the fandom, although shipping it takes a lot of belief. It pairs Jim Moriarty and Sebastian Moran. If Sebastian Moran doesn't ring any bells for you, it's probably because he doesn't exist yet. He is Moriarty's right hand man in the original stories, appearing in "The empty house". The reason why it takes effort to ship this is because (spoiler) Moriarty died in season 2, and Sebastian is non-existent. For now ;). I don't really know if there is any fanfictions, but lots of fanart, most of it is funny and sweet, only a few NSFW ones. If you like to be positive yet love villains, MorMor is awesome!
So, there you have the small guide to Sherlock ships. If you guys really like this, I might make another about less known ones.
Catch you later,
Clara \\//
